The AzACDA Summer Conference is for choir directors anywhere who are looking for collaboration, repertoire, resources, and innovative ideas in our changing world. This year’s theme is Adapt. Innovate. Inspire. with 25 different sessions, including two each from special guests Rollo Dilworth, Amanda Quist, and Ingo Titze, and many other presenters. Topics include DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), non-idiomatic Black music (with more special guests), community engagement, voice science, resonance, technology for remote teaching, virtual performances (not the same thing as virtual choirs), amplifying women’s contributions, and a session on “Copyright and Virtual Performance” by Roger Emerson!

Anyone can participate in our conference! No software to install! No airfare or travel expenses!

Conference registration includes:

  • Interactive sessions on adapting to our new realities
  • 9 repertoire reading sessions
  • Access to session recordings and resources (virtual handouts) AFTER the conference is over
