Please download the “Director’s Letter” for details and submit your registration using the link below. Make sure that the name of your school appears on the district PO (see below for where to send the PO) so that we can differentiate between multiple schools from the same district. The registration cost per ensemble is $150 (plus $50 if the director is not an AzACDA member).
ANY HIGH SCHOOL CHOIR can participate!
We are allowing any ensemble in the state to register for this big event. However, ensembles that scored an “Excellent” or “Superior” rating coupled with the rating of “With Distinction” at the 2022 Arizona Choral Educators Fall Festival will receive priority with their registration, guaranteeing their spot in the festival. After all of these ensembles have been placed, additional ensembles will earn a spot on a “first come, first served” basis.
This year we are privileged to have the following judges:
- Dr. Ryan Holder, Associate Director of Choral Studies – Northern Arizona University
- Dr. Tom Peterson, Assistant Conductor – Phoenix Chorale
- Amy VanWinkle, Yavapai Youth Choirs, Prescott Unified (retired)

- Mar. 10 2023 – Last chance for any cancellations
- Mar. 24, 2023 – Payment Deadline. The cost is $150 per ensemble. If you are not a member of AzACDA, there is an additional $50 non-member fee to participate. Please check with your district to make sure they have the correct payment address (below).
